Back Pain & Sciatica – NovoTHOR Interview

Jo Soper is a trainer at Beach Gym in Narrabeen (http://www.beachgym.com.au) and was injured when a motorcycle fell on her. The injury never healed and she had to have back surgery for her sciatica. It seemed to work for a few months but then she went through a period of intense pain. Since that time she was unable to get any relief and has been on a cocktail of medications for several years.
