The NovoTHOR is completely safe, very therapeutic, and there are absolutely no negative side effects. You relax in the NovoTHOR treatment pod for about 12-15 minutes of whole body restorative light treatment. For optimal results and benefits, treatment is repeated 2 or more times per week.
